VEGETARIAN, VEGAN AND MACROBIOTIC SPACE
La Biotika is a lovely and healty space, both Restaurant and shop, close to Puerta del Sol Madrid.
In the cozy atmosphere that often these kind of restaurants offer, you can enjoy your meal sitting in a corlorful room, with relaxing orange and yellow walls and big windows, woodend floors and simple intimate fornitures.
La Biotika is a vegetarian restaurant with vegan options and macrobiotic cuisine.
They have also a shop were are sold organic products, fresh as bread, soya burger, tofu and all you can need as books, dietary supplements, algas, pasta, legumes, cereals, candies, cookies, cakes, pastries… Also avilable an online-shop.
In La Biotika Restaurant Madrid you can also attend some different courses: vegan and macrobiotic cuisine, yoga and meditacion classes, i-ching, feng shui… It is a lovely and interesting oppurtunity to investigate topics that are increasingly present today and enclose a millennial knowledge.

If somebody have not already tried macrobiotic cuisine, my tip is to explore this option: you will come home with full stomach and the sensation to have eaten good and healthy food. May be it is not a daily option, but sometimes it a tasting choice for discovering somenthing new!
